Leveraged ETFs

A $3\times$ leveraged ETF resets daily: each day its return is exactly $3$ times that day's return of the underlying index. The ETF starts at $100$. The index rises $10\%$ on day 1 and falls $10\%$ on day 2. What is the ETF's value at the end of day 2? (For comparison, the index itself ends $1\%$ lower.)
