Flip 4 Coins

You flip $4$ fair coins and receive $1$ dollar for every head. Consider three versions of the game:

1. You keep the result of the single flip of all $4$ coins.
2. After seeing the result you may, once, flip all $4$ coins again for free, but you must then keep the second result. You decide optimally whether to re-flip.
3. You may re-flip all $4$ coins as many times as you like for free, stopping whenever you wish and keeping the latest result.

Give the expected payoff in dollars of the three versions, in this order, as decimals separated by commas.
